Policies:

Rates valid through the end of 2009
Rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to Hawaiian taxes (11.41%).
Rates are for up to four persons.
Ironman Week - Winter High Season Rates Apply - One Week in October.
A $250 security deposit is required for all stays
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
All stays have a cleaning fee of:
$100.00 for 1BR/1BA unit 1203;
$125.00 for 1BR/2BA units 1603, 2104, 2904, 3403, and 3504;
$150.00 for 2BR/2BA units 202, 203, 405, 1801, 2002, 2601, 3405, 3601, and 3702;
$150.00 for 2BR/2.5BA unit 1605;
$165.00 for 3BR/2BA unit 1804, 2003, and 2403;
$165.00 for 3BR/3BA unit 604,
For stays longer than 10 days, there are interim cleanings required every 10 days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 28 days, you would be charged a total of three cleanings for your stay.
Air Conditioning Usage Fee of $15 per day is required for units 202, 203, 604, 1203, 1605, 1801, 1804, 2002, 2003, 2104, 2403, 2601, 3405, 3504, 3601, and 3702 with all reservations from June 1st through October 31st. Units 405, 1603, 2904, and 3403 do not have air conditioning.
Maximum occupancy is four guests for units 405, 1203, 1603, 2104, 2904, 3403 and 3504 and six guests for units 203, 1605, 1801, 1804, 2002, 2003, 2403, 2601, 3405, 3601, 3702, and seven guests for unit 604. With more than 4 guests, there is a $15 per person per night charge.
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.
All units are non-smoking/no pets allowed.
